The management staff lacked professionalism during my stay. When requesting clean towels, I was met with rudeness and disbelief regarding the towel policy. Additionally, the noise levels from the surrounding areas were excessive, often causing interruptions during the night.

It was not clear where to go initially, which led to a bit of frustration. The lack of an elevator made carrying my suitcase up the stairs challenging, especially after a long journey. Some noise from the street during the night disrupted sleep at times, so soundproofing could be improved.

Really enjoyed my stay at U Cervene Zidle! The location was perfect for exploring near Charles Bridge. The friendly staff made my experience special. However, the lack of proper amenities, like toiletries in the bathroom, was a bit disappointing.
